Jan Haizmann

Managing Director

Dr Jan Haizmann is Managing Director at Correggio Consulting. Jan has a wealth of experience in energy trading in a variety of corporate functions. He advises the top-tier management of his international clients on a range of legal and regulatory aspects of commodity trading and gives contractual advice. Jan offers profound expertise in the energy industry, including regulatory compliance, contractual support, risk management and business development.  

Sonia Auguscik

Associate

Sonia Auguscik joined Correggio Consulting in September 2019 as an Associate. She manages Correggio Consulting’s flagship product, CorreggioNet, a one-stop-shop service for wholesale energy regulatory reporting in the EU. Sonia also advises clients on energy (power and gas) regulations and the negotiation and drafting contracts in the energy sector. Sonia spent three years working in the commodity trading company as a legal and
compliance support. She also assisted in negotiating of the EFET master agreements. Sonia brings to the team an experience and practical knowledge about energy market regulations in the Central and Eastern Europe, in particular in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine. 

Ingrid Kerssebeeck

Administrator & Financial Manager

Ingrid Kerssebeeck is co-founder of Correggio Consulting and the Administrative & Financial Manager. Ingrid holds the responsibility for the office management and development of Correggio Consulting administrative and financial functions. As Administrative & Financial Manager, her portfolio of responsibilities encompasses the Correggio Consulting Human Resources, Information Technology, Management Information Systems & Databases, Payroll, invoicing & budgeting, Property & Facilities Management. Before starting Correggio Consulting Ingrid previously had serveral years experience working for Goodyear Tyres Europe, Ernst & Young, IMS and the Hilton Hotels.

Jerome Le Page

Associate

Jérôme is an energy market and regulation specialist focusing on the electricity sector. Beyond European regulatory circles, he brings knowledge on the harmonisation of national frameworks in Western Europe, and provides Correggio Consulting with expertise on the integration of renewable energy sources into the wholesale market. With a background in international law and economics, Jérôme has previously held several important positions including in product development. He was also an external consultant to the European Commission, and eventually led the energy utilities analytics division of MSCI’s responsible investment business group.

Pawel Lont

Associate

Pawel Lont is a consultant for the European Energy market. Pawel holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a degree in Electric Power Engineering. After graduation Pawel concluded serveral internships at the Polish Power Exchange, the Belchatow power plant in Poland and the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET). Currently Pawel is specialising in electricity regulation as a part time associate. In November 2015, Pawel joined Correggio Consulting as junior consultant.  Pawel provides business and regulatory support services for the energy market. Pawel has experience in quantitative analysis, as well as modeling in the context of financial feasibilty of different commodity-related investments. Working languages are Polish and English.

Lorenzo Biglia

Associate

Lorenzo holds a Master’s Degree in Climate Change, as well as a degree in Business Administration. After graduating, Lorenzo had increasing roles in regulatory affairs in energy companies and consulting. Lorenzo is currently managing Southern Europe power, gas and financial regulation for the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) as well as European new market design rules. In 2019, Lorenzo joined Correggio Consulting as a consultant, and he provides business and regulatory support services for the energy market. Working languages are English, Spanish and Italian.

Lucian Indries

Associate

Lucian is an energy expert with hands-on experience in EU and governmental affairs, having worked at the Directorate-General for Energy, Unit B2 Wholesale Markets: electricity and gas. He holds Master’s degrees in EU Law (Utrecht, cum laude) as well as in Maritime Law (Oslo, magna cum laude). Lucian has experience in energy consulting in Romania, and he has also served as Adviser to the Minister of Energy of Romania in 2016. Lucian is working with Correggio as a consultant since 2020. Working languages are English and Romanian.

Maria Popova

Associate

Maria joined Correggio Consulting in January 2009 as Associate. Over the years, she has provided consulting services and compliance trainings to major clients with a focus on EU energy and financial market policy and regulation. She is also Editor-in-chief of the Correggio Digest, offering monthly in-depth coverage of key developments in the field of EU energy market policy and regulation, tailored to the needs of firms with exposure to energy and financial market regulation.
