The Correggio Regulatory Report is a monthly monitoring service that covers developments in energy and financial regulation and in energy policy.

 

The report is issued monthly and delivers intelligence on regulatory and policy developments impacting the energy industry. It has been in circulation since 2008 and is an authoritative source for energy policy developments in Europe. The report tracks the full development cycle of a relevant policy initiative or piece of legislation step-by-step from the draft stage (often a proposal within a government department), to consultation-phase and subsequent decision-making. We also report on relevant rulings of national cartel and anti-trust departments and courts.

The report combines coverage of energy policy at EU and national (member state) level. This two-tier analysis allows industry participants to stay on top of EU issues and to anticipate and identify opportunities and risks relevant to their interests. Analysis includes industry-specific regulatory and policy coverage of countries including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.
